System OverviewIP network intercom system is a new audio & video intercom product of Fujian Quanzhou Huanyutong Electronics Co., Ltd. The system is based on TCP/IP technology, allow duplex conversation over LAN and WAN. The system features echo cancelling function that prevents acoustic feedback and echo, ensure the stability and clear voice of the conversation. IP network intercom system is designed to allow duplex conversation, monitor, surveillance, paging broadcasting, background music broadcasting, and alarm. The system is with simple structure and easy to install, just need to access the computer network can constitute a powerful digital communication system and realize multi-one network of computer network, video surveillance and alarm system.
IP network intercom system can be widely used in 24h self-service bank, prison, public, park, tourist attractions, campus, hospital, elevator, highway etc for emergency call. System Structure1. Management software: As the server of the system, in charge of the setting of all the stations. All the stations in the system are running based on the server management software. The software shall keep opening to ensure the normal running of all the IP stations. If the software shut down, all terminals will disconnect from the network.
2. Paging microphone: Deploy in the control center, supervise and manage all the intercom terminals. Functions of intercom, broadcast propaganda, monitor and surveil are available. Can intercom with the server management software. 3. Intercom terminal: Install one by where need help or assistance. One push for hand-free conversation with the main control center. The calling target can be the paging microphone or the server software. (Predesigned by the server software). The software and paging microphone can call, monitor and surveil the intercom terminal. HOW IT WORKS?
1. Pressing the call button on the intercom terminal (help point unit) immediately sets up a call request at the control center. The indicator light around the button keep slow flashing. 2. The control room operator answers the call by pressing “accept” on the paging microphone. 3. The intercom terminal user is totally hands free and the caller simply speaks and listens to the intercom terminal. 4. If the call is not answered or busy at the central control room, the call will be automatically divert to a preset paging microphone(superior) 5. On completion of the call, the indicator light will return to normal. |
